Annual Survey of Network Infrastructure Services (2003)

The JISC Monitoring Unit is currently undertaking a survey of the JISC-funded network infrastructure services (the JANET network and other ancillary services provided by UKERNA, and JISCmail), inviting approximately one third of Higher and Further Education institutions, and the Research Council sites, to participate.

If your institution is listed (FE, HE, Research Council) then it is vital that the views of your organisation are recorded. Feedback from this survey is used by the JISC and the JISC Committee for Networking (JCN) to shape future development of the network infrastructure services. (If your instutition is not listed please do not worry and do not complete a questionnaire this year.)

We would appreciate your assistance in completing a questionnaire by Friday 19 December 2003.

Downloadable copies of the survey are available (see Resources). However, we would prefer you to use the online survey facility where possible. Please contact us should you prefer to receive a printed copy of the questionnaire.
