JISC RSC Customer Satisfaction Survey 2009
This survey has now closed and is available for reference only
On behalf of JISC, the JISC Monitoring Unit is currently undertaking the 2009 Regional Support Centre Customer Satifsaction Survey. The survey is by invitation, and can only be completed by following the individually customised link in each email invitation. If you believe you should have received an invitation to participate but have not done so, please contact us in the first instance before approaching your RSC.
If you have received an invitation but believe you are no longer the appropriate RSC contact, please feel free to forward the invitation to the new responsible person. It is possible a number of individuals will have received more than invitation because they receive support from the RSC in two or more different roles. If that is the case, respondents should either complete the survey two or more times, considering the appropriate role in each case, or choose their main role and answer just once, from that perspective.
The survey is open from Monday 27th April to Friday 15th May. Should you require any further information or assistance with the survey, please contact us.
Feedback to the survey will be used by the RSCs in planning their future activities to support organisations their region. It will also be used to inform JISC's wider review of future RSC activities (2010-2013), and respondents have the opportunity to opt-in to further research on that matter.
