Survey Programme
The JISC Monitoring Unit undertakes surveys of the community on behalf of JISC. Currently there are two major, national surveys we conduct every year:
- JISC Key Audience Survey
- Takes a broad overview of JISC and the services it offers, as well as examining emerging issues of importance to the community
- Intended for senior university/college staff with modules relevant for Library/Learning Resource Centre staff, IT/Computing staff and learning and teaching staff
- Replaces previous Attitudinal and Network Infrastructure Surveys
- Typically runs November to December
- JISC RSC Customer Satisfaction Survey
- Evaluates satisfaction with the RSCs and informs future support provision
- Invitations sent to selected contacts at all RSC supported organisations
- Typically runs April to May
