Managed Router Service (SD Ref: J4.7)
On request, JANET(UK) provide a managed router service to eligible organisations connected to JANET. This service covers initial set-up, hardware and software maintenance, minor changes to configuration and remote analysis of faults.
Where a fault is detected, JANET(UK) notify the router maintenance provider and monitor the resolution of the fault.
