Access Grid Support Centre (SD Ref: J4.2)
The Access Grid Support Centre provide support services for the operators of Access Grid collaboration technology. As well as providing guidance on the use of Access Grid technologies, the Centre manages and operates multicast/unicast bridges and conversion services between different videoconferencing services.
