Survey Reports
A summary of findings of our survey activity to date is available. This covers the network infrastructure services (2002/03 to 2004/05) and network content services (2003/04 and 2004/05).

Quarterly Reports
The Monitoring Unit are responsible for the collection, storage and analysis of data from both JISC funded and co-funded Content, Network and Learning and Teaching Services. The data are utilised by the unit to assess the performance of each service against the performance indicators laid out in their Service Level Agreements with the JISC.
Quarterly reports are written for each of the following JISC Committees on the monitored services that they fund:

- JISC Content Services

Annual Reports
The data reported to the Monitoring Unit are also used to provide longitudinal trend data for the JISC. Annual reports giving details of the usage trends for each service are also published by the Monitoring Unit. Charts showing trend data are also available in the Monitored Services section of this web site.
