JISC Monitoring Unit
The Monitoring Unit provides a quality assurance role to JISC in monitoring its network infrastructure and network content services (the monitored services). It regularly collects data from these services, and publishes reports on overall performance, trends and significant incidents for submission to JISC on a quarterly and annual basis. Annual surveys are also conducted in order to obtain a user-centric view on the performance of services.
